Laura Lustig

VP, Human Resources

Laura Lustig joined Currax Pharmaceuticals LLC in 2020 as Vice President of Human Resources and a member of the executive leadership team. She leads all global aspects of the human resources function, including talent acquisition and retention, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, culture development and change management.

Laura has over 30 years of experience in human resources leadership across the pharmaceutical, medical device and life sciences industries. Prior to joining Currax, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Cardiac Science, a global medical device company, where she led strategy and transformation initiatives during a period of organizational change and growth.

Previously, Laura was Vice President of Human Resources at Horizon Therapeutics, where she built and scaled the HR function. She supported rapid growth as the company’s headcount expanded from 200 to over 900 employees, and operations around the globe.

Laura held senior HR roles at Danaher Corporation, where she led the implementation of the Danaher Business System (DBS) within HR—advancing talent development, culture programs and critical business initiatives that improved performance across the organization.

Earlier in her career, Laura spent nearly a decade at Baxter International and Fenwal. She held progressive leadership roles and notably led the complex global HR transition during the carve-out and stand-up of a new company, supporting 5,000 employees across 30+ countries within a 90-day timeframe.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a focus in Personnel Management and Labor Relations from Indiana University.
