Colton Cline

Colton Cline joined Currax Pharmaceuticals LLC in August 2021 and has since taken on growing leadership responsibilities. He currently serves as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, overseeing the company’s legal, contracts and compliance functions.
 
Before joining Currax, Colton was Senior Associate General Counsel at Wellpath, a leading provider of high-quality, compassionate care in complex clinical environments across 37 U.S. states and Australia. At Wellpath, he led corporate governance and contracting, managing agreements with government and private entities, and advising clinicians and leadership on regulatory and operational matters. Earlier in his career, Colton served as Assistant General Counsel for the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance’s Securities Division, eventually overseeing the agency’s public procurement functions.
 
Colton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Baylor University and a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School.
