Aaron Baratta

Aaron Baratta joined Currax Pharmaceuticals LLC in 2019 as Vice President of Sales, bringing a successful track record of building sales infrastructures and elite teams from the ground up at start-up pharmaceutical companies. He has consistently delivered blockbuster sales growth by creating and executing winning strategies and navigating the complexities of today’s managed care landscape.
Prior to joining Currax, Aaron held increasing levels of responsibility at Horizon Pharma from 2012 to 2017, culminating in his role as Group Vice President, U.S. Sales, where he managed all aspects of sales and operations across three business units with a sales budget of over $100M. Under his leadership, net revenue grew from $18.8M to over $1B in five years, and market capitalization increased from $200M to $5B. As a result, Aaron was the only two-time recipient of the prestigious Chairman’s Award.
Aaron held various sales leadership roles, building three separate start-ups for Biovail Pharmaceuticals, Cornerstone Therapeutics and Victory Pharma. His leadership and unprecedented sales growth were instrumental in navigating marketplace complexities and led each of these companies to successful acquisitions.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Arizona State University.
